This website was created by a former customer of AC Appliance Repairs Ltd, 20 Exige Way, Wymondham, NR18 9ND, who was defrauded out of money for a dishwasher repair. I urge Antony Clifton of AC Appliance Repairs Ltd to refund in full all money taken from myself as well as any others for services that were never delivered.

I believe I was scammed out of a sum of money by AC Appliance Repairs Ltd who failed to fix my dishwasher and refuse to refund my payment (full detals below). While the Small Claims Court process unfoIds I decided to set this site up to see if others have suffered from work done (or not done) by this company and to let others know of my experience of AC Appliance Repairs Ltd in Wymondham & Norwich.

They claim to have 30 years trading experience. According to Companies House the company was incorporated on the 7th March 2024.
Sole Director and owner is Antony Clifton with the registered office 20 Exige Way, Wymondham, England, NR18 9ND.
CS Appliance Repairs Ltd
Previously Antony Clifton traded as CS Appliance Repairs Ltd from the same address, however, this was compulsorily struck off, possibly for having never submitted an accounts between 2021 and 2024.
Appliance Tech LTD
Previously before that Antony Clifton traded as Appliance Tech Ltd from March 2016 to May 2019. Why someone needs to continue the same business under different names in succession is open to speculation.

This is a summary:
- Having seen some good reviews going back many years AND a Google guarentee I decided to ask them to mend a dishwasher.
- The repairer came and gestured for me to leave the room while he got to work.
- He insisting I pay in advance to order the part needed.
- I paid in advance (big mistake).
- He said he would come to finish the repair twice and never turned up.
- In the end, over 2 weeks later I suggested he drops the part off and I install it as it was urgent.
- He dropped the wrong part off.
- He insisted it was the right one when it clearly wasn’t.
- He ignored my calls until I used another number, refused to rectify the situation, was rude on the phone, eventually blocked my number after making it clear he didn’t do refunds.
