My induction hob was only working one side. He came round, within seconds he’d diagnosed the problem as a faulty mother board. He ordered the part, which we had to pay for up front. He came back to fit it. My husband was out there with him the whole time. After the work the hob still didn’t work. He said it maybe faulty so said he’d order another one. 2 weeks later, after many excuses, I was still trying to get him back round to fit a replacement. Finally arranged a date. He gave me a time slot of between 8 and 6. Waited in all day. He didn’t show. I’ve now requested my money back for unfinished work. He’s refused and now blocked me.
Yes conned last year for part for fridge freezer. £323 for him to order, no answer to phone, same address as stated by others
